DOUBLE
THREAD:
Reduces
the time necessary for the insertion of the implant
Fastite
implant is an acid etch implant.
Our
acid etch superficially treatment is the "Fastite acid
etch".
|
Fastite
Implant is the evolution of the Implant System more utilized
in the field of Dentistry Implantology.
Fastite
Implant System is in compliance with all the Quality Biomedical
Sector Standards.
Fastite
Implant System exceed the highest standards set by the European
Community and other international agencies starting from the
use of the materials until to the surface- decontamination
and sterilization treatments .
Made
of pure titanium in compliance with the standard ASTM F67
grade 4

" FASTITE "
ACID ETCH
|
|
The
innovative Fastite surface is realized with a double passage
of acid etch treatment, a passage of passivation and a final
treatment of Ar-plasma decontamination. The procedures of grit
blasting are not effected because they have shown evident limits
as the contamination of the surface treated by the particles
used during the procedure, which they are englobed, during the
impact, in the same surface, creating non homogeneous surfaces
that can weak the structure of the implant besides.
The Fastite surface, after a series of clinical multicentrices
studies on 5.000 implants, have brought a percentage of very
elevated success after 12 months from the prosthetic load, underlining
the possibility to load the implants after 60 days from their
insertion.
The Fastite acid etched surface appeared to provide stronger
anchoring in the bone and also offering important clinical advantages
in bone of low quality because favours the formation of compact
bone along the central coils and in the apical zone of the implant.

INSERT-GRIP SYSTEM
|
|
It
eliminates the use of the implant mount improving the view
of the operating field. The Insert-Grip reduces time of
insertion facilitating the procedural passages.
The conical hexagonal tip of the Insert-Grip System is designed
to catch and to insert the cover screw fixed on the bottom
of the titanium cylinder inside the package.

FASTITE INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
|
After the surgical
insertion of the Fastite implant extract the titanium cylinder
from the glass phial.
The cover screw is screwed on the
bottom side of the titanium cylinder.
|
Unscrew the cover
screw with the hexagonal apical zone of the handle or motor
insert -grip system (cod. IBBDM07 or cod. 901822-901823).
|
|
Screw
the cover screw on the platform of the Fastite implant ending
the surgical site by suture.
